On behalf of the Commission on Higher Education. let me congratulate the new batch of graduates
Pangasinan State University!
Today. we gather in the spirit of celebration. not only of the academic achievement of our graduates but the spirit of resilience, grit, and perseverance each of you exhibited throughout your journey, particularly in these challenging times.
We are here to celebrate the culmination of years of diligence and hard work that you, the graduates, have poured into your education. Every sleepless night, every challenging exam, every complex assignment you conquered was a stepping-stone on the path you tread today.
However, today's triumph was not forged in isolation. It was shaped by the tireless dedication of your teachers, administrators, and faculty, who, despite the hurdles posed by the pandemic, never wavered in their commitment to providing quality education.
It was further bolstered by the unwavering support of your parents and guardians, whose love and encouragement have been your guiding lights. We salute them all for their steadfast belief in the power of education.
The global pandemic has been a formidable adversary, yet it has provided us with a unique lens through which we perceive the world. The resilience and adaptability you have developed during this period have prepared you to take on the challenges of a post-pandemic world.
As graduates of a globally competitive university, you are the torchbearers of this new world. You are the
scientists who will continue to find solutions to our world's most pressing problems.
You are the technologists who will innovate for a sustainable future. You are the guardians of our environment, who will ensure that the beauty of our planet is preserved for generations to come.
To our graduates, as you step into the world armed with the knowledge and skills honed by this prestigious institution, remember that your journey doesn't end here. You carry the pride and honor of Pangasinan State University with you.
I leave you with the words of the late Nelson Mandela, "Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world." You have been equipped with this weapon, now go forth and make a difference.
May the roads ahead be filled with opportunities. the skies painted with success, and the winds carry you
toward a brighter tomorrow.
Your future is bright, and your possibilities are limitless. Continue to inspire, continue to strive, and most
importantly, continue to change the world.
Mabuhay kayong lahat!
